SCP: Reality Rift
Concept
SCP: Reality Rift is a single and multiplayer game based on the SCP Foundation, a collaborative speculative fiction community (CC BY-SA 3.0). Levels of «unreality» in an area can vary, like air quality; the Reality Anchors responsible for anchoring reality in one of the SCP Foundation’s facilities have broken, causing the foundation to send the player(s) to investigate and fix the anchors. The player(s) are equipped with a Universal Device, which can scan for information and an all-purpose tool that can do more as the player(s) upgrade it. The player(s) know almost nothing of their mission and why the anchors are broken. Through the device, they learn more from an external operator communicating with them as they progress into the facility. The game contrasts scary and funny; the players will encounter everything from a neck-breaking horrific creature that comes closer each time you blink to a duplicating cake of mass destruction.
Award
SCP: Reality Rift won the Game School Awards at Høgskolen i Innlandet in the “Best Project” category.
Roles – Lead artist and lead PR
As a lead artist, my role was unifying the art’s vision and pipeline. I produced concept art, 2D assets, 3D assets, animation and UI work.
My work as a PR lead included planning the PR, producing videos, picture and text posts, and interacting with the community. I was in charge of creating a Discord server, where we now have over 130 users. Our most popular post on Reddit garnered over 50,000 views in a few days and over 1,300 upvotes.
Development
An alpha is released to our community Discord server. Some of the bachelor project members and I intend to continue the project beyond the original bachelor delivery with new members.

Crescent (2022)
Concept
Crescent Shards tells a story about a warrior for the Crystal People, Mina, and their conflict with the Gemsmiths. In the story, you are told that the Gemsmiths unfairly kill the Crystal People so they can use the crystal bodies to smith with; you have to stop them! In the end, you discover that you have been lied to by your leader and that the gemsmith is acting in self-defence, as the crystal people have an infectious disease and are ordered to fight the innocent Gemsmiths. As the Gemsmiths are larger and wielding hammers against the small Crystal People, it’s easy to believe. The game is a metaphor for propaganda. Its goal is to give the player the experience of finding out they have been lied to by an authority that believes in, in this case, the game’s objectives.

My concept sketches of the Gemsmith
We made them much larger than the Crystal People so that they seem more dangerous, but their forms are made of friendly circular shapes and dependable square shapes; this contrasts the Crystal People’s sharp features, a subtle foreshadowing of the Gemsmiths being innocent creatures.

Polarities (2020)
Concept
I and three others were awarded a scholarship and a spot in a student company at Sunnhordland Folkehøgskule. There, we developed a party game where players switch their poles between positive and negative, making them react to each other in exciting ways to push and pull the opponents outside the map or into obstacles. The players can also collect pickups to aid them.
